Caritas Aus.
Caritas is a Australian NGO who has a global network of of 165 Catholic relief, development and social service organisations.
Caritas started out in Germany in 1897, then over the years they expanded, expanding their organisation to Australia in 1964.
Right now, they have over 170 long term develpment projects in over 30 countries-including indiginous Australia.
They support a range of global issues, such as Health, Water and Sanitation, Education, indiginous rights, and many more.
Their work is usually shaped around the use of Catholic Social Teaching (CST)
They have a range of values, such as Stewardship of Creation, for example.
