What does this mean?

- I think it means that people who own big companies expand their company around the world, then their company overcomes the small businesses. In this picture, The big companies are represented by the guy who is surfing on the top of that wave (which is globalisation), and the smaller person represent the smaller companies getting overcome by the bigger companies.
